My pack arrived today, and I've got to say... I am pretty excited!
There is one thing though, I am a bit shocked by minimal mention of food. And by minimal, I mean NONE! Wait, hold the phone. I stand corrected. There is a mention of 6 almonds (unsalted, raw). Hm, well that is a worry.
Okay, don't panic at the thought of food being removed from your grips. Picturing myself holding onto cherry tomatoes and the beloved Nuri Bullet with a death grip is rather comical though. Joking aside, I am sure that this lack of food presence is because I am looking at the "Presidents Pack Step by Step Guide" which seems to be a pretty cut down version of Isagenix. Iso 101 if you will.
Note to self, research the lack of food......... Watch this space. I'll report back.
Moving on, Day 1 starts tomorrow, so I guess it's about time to get this show on the road (drumroll please).......
Look, I work reasonably hard on my body, so this image isn't totally confronting. Whilst totally unflattering, it's not too bad. I did wear a pair of bottoms that annoy me because they dig into my love handles, and I didn't try to hold anything in at all... so this is all of me :-D
Being hyper critical of myself though I would say that my thighs leave a little to be desired.
I wouldn't mind trimming down on the love handles.
Tummy; well, for having had two kids. I'm happy with where I'm at, but I'm sure it will improve.
You can see a small layer of fat just under my breasts that would be nice to drop.
I've always hated the fat near my underarms.
From the side; my arms need a bit of work, but I think that will come from the gym.
I've got a little "pooch" - yup, that's gotta go.
And ahhhhh, from the back. I've got to tone my upper back.
Drop the love handles.
Shape the bum.
Visual analysis of body complete, check!
So tomorrow begins day one of Isa... I am setting a goal for myself to document daily how I feel things are going. I will aim to do one weekly post that summarises by "tests", and gives a full detailed review of the week. Probably these weekly posts will include photo updates too.
Perhaps I will post in the format of "the good", "the bad" and "the ugly", high level summary daily post... unless of course I feel compelled to write a more detailed post.
I am going to sign off now, to invest time in becoming an Isagenix expert with all of the lovely reading material they've provided.
I must say, it is very professionally done.... I am impressed... apart of the "minimal" mention of food that is.
